Project Complications

–For this project, there was no storage space or laydown yards convenient to the build site. Specific delivery times required by the customer further complicated the job, and aggressive timelines meant there was virtually no margin for error.

Sunrise’s Above and Beyond Resolution

The Sunrise team provided value-added services, helping the customer stage and load wire on their trucks for delivery to the build site. We developed a QA/QC process to ensure proper material was delivered to the site on time, every time. Specific delivery times and multiple deliveries kept the project moving without downtime. We also packaged material to help with labor requirements, and material was packed per location for convenience.
